You are legally responsible for ensuring that any third party granted access to a product complies with this Agreement. 3.3. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your products, accounts, and access credentials. Products removed from the store may no longer be available for download. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. 6.4. 7.1. Removal or modification of copyright notices, credits, or branding is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized. 7.2. You may not claim ownership or authorship of products sold by ShivaraStore.
8.1. Payments are processed via third-party payment providers. ShivaraStore does not store payment details. 8.2. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. 8.3. Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion only in cases of verified technical failure that cannot be resolved.
